Complaints

Complaint procedure in 3 simple steps:

1. If you wish to make a claim, print and fill in the complaint form.

2. When returning the item, put it back in the original box and pack it like this for shipment so that nothing happens to it in transit. When claiming the goods without the original box, put the goods in a suitable cardboard box.

3. If you are returning goods from countries other than the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, please contact us at info@adonio.cz and we will send you return instructions.

 

What to beware of?

1. Please do not send goods to our address "Ujezd 427/28", it is only a billing address, not a warehouse address.

2. Do not send goods in a plastic bag, for example, the box may be damaged. Always use a cardboard box.

3. Always put the printed form in the box to speed up the return process.
