How to shop?
1. Browse the categories and add sneakers to your favorites.
You can search for sneakers by category and filters. We have over 500 pairs available on the e-shop and several sizes of each. In the top right corner you will find a heart, click on it to add the sneakers to your wishlist. This way you can create a list of sneakers you like and make the shopping process easier.
2. Choose a size and add sneakers to your cart.
All sneakers are available in several sizes. If you don't know your size, you can check the size chart or write to us in the bottom right corner of the page. We have men's sneakers (no note), women's sneakers (note "w" after the name) and children's sneakers (note "GS"/"PS" after the name). We don't have your size available for some sneakers? Email us and we'll try to find it!
3. Choose your shipping and payment method.
We currently use Packeta and PPL. You can have your sneakers sent to your address as well as to delivery points throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We offer payment by card, bank transfer, cash on delivery and cash. You will see the payment details at the order confirmation and in the e-mail. Do not forget to enter the variable symbol. Cash on delivery is only possible for goods with the note "Shipping within 24h."
4. Wait for an email from the carrier.
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation. As soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from Packets or PPL including the tracking number. The sneakers will then be delivered within 2 working days.
5. Pick up the parcel using the code.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a text message and an email with a code to use when you collect the parcel. If you choose delivery via PPL, you will receive an SMS in advance with the expected delivery time. We wish you to enjoy your sneakers!
