How do our shipping deadlines work?

On our site we offer either sneakers with dispatch within 24 hours or other sneakers with a longer delivery time.

 

Why is that?

Due to customer interest in hundreds of new sneakers, we decided to add sneakers to our website, which we restock after ordering.

We normally deliver these trainers within a week, but some trainers are very limited and the market for trainers changes, so sometimes it can take a little longer to dispatch trainers. However, in this case we will always inform you in advance.

 

Sneakers with dispatch within 24 hours

These are sneakers that are in stock and ready to ship. Please see the green "In Stock" note next to their size. These sneakers are best found at the top of the site in the "Express Delivery" category. When you click on your size, you will see all the sneakers we have in stock and ready to ship in that size.

 

Trainers with a longer delivery time - how does it work?

The goods on our site are produced in limited quantities and usually sell out very quickly. Thanks to our cooperation with a network of verified retailers throughout Europe, we are able to obtain these goods even after they have sold out at the manufacturer's.

Sneakers are always carefully checked by our team upon receipt at the warehouse and only after this authenticity check are the sneakers sent to the customer.

We would like to remind you that the 14-day statutory period is calculated from the receipt of the goods, so you will always have 14 days to return the trainers, even if the dispatch takes longer.

 

Why do products have a shipping time of 2 to 15 business days?

Sneakers that we externally restock after ordering currently have 3 shipping times. 2-7 days, 2-10 days and 2-15 days. These are our estimated shipping times.

It usually happens that, for example, sneakers with a deadline of 2-7 days are sent on the 3rd day etc. Deadlines have a larger range because we never want to miss a deadline. But in 90% of cases we deliver the sneakers even earlier than it is written on the website.

 

What about the 14 day return period?

We would like to point out that the 14-day statutory period is calculated from the receipt of the goods, so you will always have 14 days to return the trainers, even if the dispatch takes longer. So you don't have to worry while waiting for the goods that you won't be able to cancel the contract after 14 days from ordering because the return period would have expired.

 

Do you only restock your sneakers or does it happen with competing e-shops as well?

Over 90% of sneaker e-shops have such a distribution. No e-shop is able to have hundreds of sneakers in stock in all sizes. Each store may just have a different name.

Whether you come across a "standard and express" delivery time or anything similar, it will always be the same system of delivery. The only difference with e-shops is the experience in restocking the goods. Thanks to years of experience and working with dozens of suppliers, we are always able to deliver sneakers within a predetermined timeframe.

 

What do I have to worry about?

In very rare cases, we may not be able to stock your chosen sneakers in time. In this case, we will immediately email you regarding your order with a suggestion to choose another product or size or refund and cancel your order.

So you never have to worry about your money, because we will always return it to you after your request without any problems. The sneaker market is changing and this results in price increases and decreases for individual sneakers and sizes. Only in this case can there be a problem.
